2021 GTX 170 no power

Hey all,, got a GTX 170, am down the Keys and ski was running fine until we lost power. Engine runs,,, no power. Pulled the ski and found nylon rope around the shaft Pulled the grate and removed the rope but, the ski still has no power. No LED’s,,, thoughts? I move the IBR and can see the impeller and see no more rope.

What do you mean by no power? Do you think it’s the motor or the drive train?

Does the motor rev to a high RPM?

Does the impeller push water out the back?
