2020 wake 170 not turning over

I've got a 2020 sea doo wake that won't turn over. Doesn't make the 2 beeps when the key is in. Tried another key and it recognizes it as a wrong key but with the correct key it won't start. I checked it out and the starter relay is clicking when I try to start it. My concern is that its trying to start because of the clicking relay but the 2 beeps isn't happening so maybe something more important is messed up. I checked the voltages coming out of the relay and that seems all good. The dash says maintenance required but I've always thought that was because it reccomends an oil change. Bad starter maybe? Bad ecu? DESS post is messed up? Turned it off in the water couple days ago and it wouldn't start back up when I went to head home. Any info helps

Start with making sure your battery is good. You can jump the solenoid which should make the engine crank over.

Tried a brand new battery and the same thing happened. I’ll try skipping over the solenoid today
