2018 Sea doo GTI 90 nose cone marking

Hi there,

I have recently removed my jet and removed the nose cone to inspect the grease.

When I replaced the nose cone I saw a marking on the cone that made me think it needs to align with another marking on the housing. I cannot seem to find this 2nd marking.

Is there only one way this cone is meant to be put back on? If so then what is the alignment process?

The mark aligns with the pumps top fin. The bolt holes are not symmetrical so if the bolt holes line up your good to go.

Cheers for that. After reading your reply I saw that the holes on the nose cone were not symmetrical.

I guess I was lucky when I put it back correctly.

I squeezed about half of the tube of grease into the cone, I see now the manual says only 23ml. Will that be a problem?
