Cracked coating on hull after 10 hours of soft riding. Apparently I’m not the only one who has had this issue. I’m wondering if it is a certain production batch that this is happening to or if it is a defect in all 2018. Absolutely love the machine, but very disappointed. Dropped back off to dealer. Hoping they will make it right.

Wow, that sucks. What is your dealer saying? That’s clearly a defect in materials or workmanship.

They are working on a solution.

What really sucks is they will probably determine its just a cosmetic defect and have a local shop do a gel coat repair.
I hope you succeed in some kind of class action or recall if it is a widespread problem.

It seems to be for some and others seem to have no problem. Previous to this one had an 06 RXT with stage 2 Riva kit. Never had a problem with it and rode it really hard. Had it from day 1
