2017 GTI 130 Is oil dip stick tube same as the oil cap? Can't find any oil cap.

2017 GTI 130 Is oil dip stick tube same as the oil cap? Can't find any oil cap to fill oil. Can I top off or fill oil through the dip stick tube? Thanks for anyone responding to this. Can't find info in owners manual and local dealer was no help either.

Wait, are you sure you have a 130? The dipstick tube is also the oil fill on the 900 Ace engine (which is in the GTI 90). The 130 should have a separate oil fill tube (or a fill hole on the valve cover if it has been modified). If you can't find the oil fill, I bet you have a 90hp GTI.

Thanks. Any idea where on the SeaDoo I would determine if it's a GTI 90 or 130?

Does the ski say 130 on any of the stickers? If not, probably a 90. If you post a pic of the engine I can tell you for sure.

Here's a picture of the engine. I've done some cross-reference of SeaDoo weight and measurements and think it's the GTI 90, although I can't find any labeling on the Sea Doo that actually says GTI 90. I'm thinking the oil dip tube where I check oil level (the yellow cap in picture) is the only place I can add or change oil. I've scoured the engine and can find no oil filler cap. Thanks for your advice, much appreciated.

Yes that is a GTI 90 with the 900 Ace Rotax engine. Oil fill is the same tube as the dipstick. Sea Doo doesn’t label their GTI 90s with the “90”. I think they don’t want to advertise the somewhat low hp It’s a fun ski for the right kind of riding though. Great on gas. Enjoy!

Ok, thanks so much for the info. This GTI 90 has been great for me and the teenagers. Not so fast that my son breaks his neck, but powerful enough to do donuts and jump waves. Also, yes, great on gas. Can go the whole day and still have gas in the tank.
