2012 Rxpx misfire/power loss

So this weekend I went out to the beach and as I took off from the ramp everything was okay about 5 minutes in, ski didn't want to go over 4k rpms, and if it did it had a bad vibration, which leads me to believe I have a misfire. Took the basic route and bought brand new spark plugs and a brand new set of coils and went back out to the water today to test it out. It did improve, however didn't want to go past 40 mph and when I go WOT it was bouncing between 6 and 7k rpms, most annoying thing ever. Asking for some help here as I'm not super familiar with skis but I do work on cars all the time I'm just at a stand still right now don't know where to go from here, check engine light never came on, ski will rev out perfectly out of the water with no misfire, also as I rode it today if I turned it to the right and pinned it I was getting full power any other position would not.
