2011 Wake 155 DESS Learning Key issue

Its been a tough summer here in N. Texas with all of the rain that a lot of the lakes are closed until Labor Day. Just to keep the -Doos lubricated, I run them every couple of weeks. They are on a trailer. I noticed that on the Wake 155, the Learning Key causes the watercraft to display "Limp Home Mode" on the instrument panel. I don't get that message with the Yellow Key. Does anyone have an idea what the problem is? I don't use the Green key often (probably never). I'll take the watercraft out to a lake for the first time next weekend.
