2010 RXT-X Maintenance Required light first time on the water

I just took my brand new RXT-X 260 out for the firs time. I got the maintenance required light immediately. Played at no more than 25 mph for about an hour. I don't know how it should perform since I am a brand new owner. Now if I put the key on it in my garage, it says maintenance rquired followed by limp home mode. Do I need to go to the dealer. The place I bought it is not close by. There are dealers in my area, but I just spent a lot of money and am not very happy. Any advice?

It's under warranty, just take it to a near by dealer. I have 2 and both of them had to go to the shop the first time out. Super charger hose came off both of them. Now one of them overheated and let water in, not impressed so far. They are fast and fun when they are working though.
