I think we are going to try that boost chip and changing the impeller pitch. Im thinking that will help. Anyone changed the pitch, what was the speed increase?
Has anyone tried the performance chips? I will let you know shortly.....

this is a really late reply but I just came across this post. the Fizzle Intercooler does NOT require the thru-hull/rear exhaust. What it does require is a small pipe to replace the OE plastic resonator box. 04-05 models is a simple straight pipe. 06+ up is a straight pipe with a 90 degree bend at the end. I can even source the exhaust pipe replacements for you for around $15.

so does the rear exhaust need to be ran with these?
