took the pump off to replace the ring and impeller- the cone was full of water. so i rebuilt the whole pump (shaft, bearings & seals) while reassembling- i noticed a crack in the cone. do you guys fill the cone with grease? i did a search but all i could find were threads where they were filling with oil through an oil fill hole in the cone. my cone doesn't have an oil fill (2008 gtx 215) so would i fill the NEW cone with grease or leave it dry? thanks.
