2008 challenger fuel pump relay

Where might I find it? I bought a boat and it had the fuel sitting in it for about a year. Took it out last week and it would cut out and would not hold higher rpms. Figured I could drain the fuel and put some fresh premium in and see how it runs. I took the fuel line off going into the fuel rail and ran it to a can but I cannot seem to find where the relay that turns on the pump is. I can cycle the key and get a little primer fuel out but I need it to run constantly. Any help would be great. Thank You!
