I have the 4tec 1503 engine (without a supercharger) with this boat. What type of oil weight (5 or 10?) and brand (Liqui-Molly?) do you all like to use? I have also read that the recommendation is synthetic blend over fully synthetic?

This is what is written in the SAE-DOO owners guide.
What is important is that the oil be synthetic, the grade 10W-40 and the API SM, SL or SJ,

Engine Oil
Recommended Oil
This boat features a 4-stroke engine
that requires 4-stroke motor oil for in-
ternal engine lubrication. Ensure to re-
spect the following requirements.
Naturally-Aspirated Engines
Sea-Doo Sport Boats featuring a
4-stroke engine without a supercharg-
er require 4-stroke motor oil meeting
the requirements for API service clas-
sification SM, SL or SJ. Always check
the API service label on the oil con-
tainer, it must contain at least one of
the above standards.
XP-S 10W-40 4-stroke oil (P/N 219 700
346) sold by authorized Sea-Doo Sport
Boats dealers meets those require-
ments.
NOTE: A synthetic oil meeting the
same requirements may be used.
The XP-S 5W-40 Synthetic 4-stroke oil
(P/N 293 600 039) is suitable.

Aside from attaching a API level you do not say what you mean?
BRP recommends SM, SL or SJ, as it seems all three are acceptable no matter how old the API level is!
