2007 RXT Winterizing

The manual doesn't mention about running antifreeze through the rear (exhaust) flushing adapter only water, but for winterizing is it acceptable to run the antifreeze through that port, my sea doo with be kept in a heated garage but just wondering about any corrosion building in the internal parts while sitting for the winter months, not worried about freezing but corrosion protection. Thanks for any replies.
