I have been trying to sort out numerous problems on this ski for months. Ski was running, poorly on what felt like two cylinders then it went down to firing on one only and I brought it back to the dock, just! Also this ski has a constant low fuel warning showing empty on the fuel gauge (tank is full) despite me changing the fuel level sender and the 12volt low message is showing despite it showing 13.8 volts at the battery whilst running. Beginning to suspect the ECU (Siemens) I called Matt at Torx racing. He said sounds like the ECU is faulty. I sent him the ECU he tested it and said it was bad and sold me a new ECU. I installed the new ECU re-synched the cluster and reset the throttle per the factory Sea Doo service manual. Tried to start the ski. It fires runs for two seconds and dies. It does this every time you try to start it.
Ran a diagnostic check. Codes PO351 Ignition coil #1 , PO352 Ignition coil #2 & PO353 Ignition coil #3 are there. Checked voltage at ignition coils, all have 12 volts on pin 2 with DESS key on. Al grounds on pin 1 check good back to ECU plug. Connected an analog multimeter to pin 1 and tried to start the ski. No pulsing on the meter as if the ECU is not sending a pulse to the ignition coils yet it runs for a couple of seconds?
So where do I go from here? I'm really getting to the and of my tether with this darned ski!

Did you find out what was wrong? I have the same ski with the same exact problem with the same codes. The Guy I bought it from took it to the dealer and he said they had it running with a replacement computer but he didn't want to spend the money.

.

I tried another ECU and the error codes went away but still the engine would not run satisfactorily. Only thing left was a possible fault in the wiring harness as the battery can been connected backwards once some time ago. Or maybe the gauge cluster computer was bad. Both would cost big money so the owner decided to scrap the ski.

When you put in a different ECU you need to marry it to the cluster with the dealer tool or the Candoo Pro. Thanks for the reply.
