I am a new owner of a 2007 Challenger, my prior ownership was a 1998 Speedster. I was able to submerge the speedster with regularity and authority. I now notice that the Challenger's reverse throttle is interlocked and only lets the throttle move about 1/4 of the way while in reverse. I am assuming this is designed as such and nothing is sticking. However, should I expect any abiltiy to have fun now that I can't use full reverse throttle? Or, is it going to be able to submerge anyway?
