So., I fixed the bearing and now new problem .... After riding it for about an hour the sea doo lost power, gave me a check engine, started dieing and running really raugh... After about 30 seconds I turned it off and it woudnt start any more., engine just cranks... Also when I put in the key, it just beeps twice and then I hear 4 quick beeps,.. I pulled the spark plugs and they seems fine but I don't get a spark on any of them... Also checked all the fuses and they were fine ... Also no water anywhere inside ... Anyone know what might be the problem ???

Thanks.,

what codes did you get on the LCD display for the check engine?
Like a P1833 or something similair to that.

Before it died, it ran very rough and would start dieing when I tried to apply power.., it just displayed check engine without any codes ..., can I pull the codes on it somehow ?

Thanks

Ok, so we pulled the code, its P-0520 which is an oil pressure switch sensor... I will go and try changing it right now and see what happens, but I donno if that sensor can cause the engine not to start ...

Changed the sensor , still no spark ...... Does anybody know what ignition components should I check ? I don't have any more codes ..... I already tryed even a different ecm , still no spark....

Thanks

Ok, so for those that are interested, we took the RXT to the dealer and they diagnosed a faulty crankshaft position sensor (CPS). The dealer will charge around $600 to replace it. Also the sea doo check engine light could not diagnose this problem for some reason.... So if some of you have a 2004+ RXP/RXT with no spark, the CPS sensor might be something you can test also. It is also very hard to replace yourself unless you have all the necessary tools for this job.
