2005 rxp wont start!

So my seadoo rxp wont start..when installing the laynard it gives me 1 long beep then 4 beeps every 10 seconds after that and when the start button is pressed it gives a buzz noise from the engine compartment but will not start or turn the engine over..changed the starter relay and checked the battery voltage and charged it to 100 percent. It did this to me a week ago. I touched the 2 red wires together a few times and it begun to work correctly with the 2 beeps and started right up and ran perfect in the water. After a week now its given me the 4 beeps again and will not start. Note: The maintance notice flashes when laynard is first installed.does this have anything to do with it?..im stumped any ideas????
