2005 rxp 215 wont start

hi my rxp wont even turn on when lanyard key is inserted , think the battery was dead i took it out for the winter and recharged it last week but it wont even beep or the display wont come on , before i put it away for winter i lost the use of my v-trim and a depth finder came up on it but i dont have a depth finer is that cause i disconnected the battery has it lost its memory or is the battery done even no its reading 12.6 volts

Take the battery out and run it to your local auto parts (or Walmart Auto section even) and have them test it. It may be reading 12+ volts, but have 0 amps. Alot of times batteries will retain their voltage but lose all their amps and be unable to power anything as a result... it's confusing. Only a loaded test meter can verify if your battery is any good or not.
