2005 GTX SC- Max Fuel Consumption?

I was wondering what the 2005 GTX SC max fuel consumption is. I bought this SeaDoo and a 2001 Yamaha GP1200R. The Yamaha 2 stroke has a rating of 16.9 gal/hr at WOT. Which explains why I was filling the tank all weekend long. The Seadoo seemed to be alot better on gas although the wife was riding that one. I just wanted to know if I should have bought another 4 stroke instead. The two machines seem to be close in top end speed. Thanks in advance.
