2005 GTX 4tec won't start

Ok gang here is my problem. Last year my ski ran low on fuel but not totally out. The next time I took it out I filled with premium fuel and checked the oil. Everything looked great. started it out of the water for approx 5 secs and it ran fine. Put it in the water, started it and idled out of the docks. Went to hit the throttle and it booged out and died, it started back up a few times but died right after that. I towed it with my other ski and took it home. changed the plugs, put new battery, drained the fuel. Went to start and it wouldnt. I pulled the coils and verifyed that I was getting spark and also pulled the fuel injectors and turned over and fuel sprayed out of all three. So I am getting spark and fuel but it still will not start. I checked the voltage during start and it was good also. My initial thought was that I had bad fuel or when I ran it low it might have got some sludge in it but now i am lost. Any suggestions?

If you have verified spark and fuel... all that's left is to check compression. If you have compression, you will have to take it to a dealer to hook to their computer.
