2004 speedster 200 310 hp 4 beeps every 3 seconds with no key in dess, no start?

I turn the battery to on and the gauges turn on and I get 4 beeps every 3 seconds or so with no key and I push a starter button and it just primes the fuel pump on each engine but does not turn the starter? My yellow with black stripe wire broke of in the fuse block so I wired it to the other fuse block. Manual says its a17 and is a relay. Any ideas? magnet stuck to on in dess? even with lanyard connected nothing starts?

when i turn the battery on with no key I get the gauges to turn on like when the key is put in and 3 longer beeps just once then it goes to 4 fast beeps every 3 seconds like when you leave your key connected?

I fixed it

This is weird but the dess docks magnet must have been stuck to on position. It kept beeping without the lanyard connected to it like you had your key connected. I took it out while still connected to computer and hit the top of the dock and the beeping stopped. I connected the lanyard and both engines started right up! I was about to buy a fuse block etc. and pay dealer to diagnose. Now do I need to get the new dess dock programmed? How much it the dock and programming?
