2004 GTX Limited starting problems

My pwc only clicks when the start switch is pushed and if held sometimes it turns over and eventually starts. Seemed like a weak or dead battery so I charged on trickle charger overnight (battery was new 18 months ago). Still same. Pulled battery and had it tested at Batteries-Plus under load. They say it is fine. Is ther a way to test the starter relay?

if its anything like the 2-stroke elect. circuit, then, you can jump the relay. If the motor kicks, then relay or possible bad cables from relay to starter, but if she dont, then i'd lean toward bad starter
