2004 GTX 4 Tec start issues

I'm having start problems. thought it was battery; replaced and still have problems. upon attempted startup it tries to turn over once. that's it. Display shows "key" and "sensor"..any ideas? Jet ski was winterized and has yet to make it in the water this year. Well taken care of.

I take it you didn't have this problem last year. Are the battery connections tight? How many cold-cranking amps (CCA) is the battery putting out?

Power the ski up and press the "set" button 5 times. Report back with specific fault codes displayed.
