Hey everyone.. Been a while since I last posted, but when I did the last time, everyone was really helpful, so I'm hoping for the same thing this time!
I have 2 Sea-Doo's (01 GTX DI and 03 XP DI). Both of the skis were operating excellent at the end of the last season. Both were winterized appropriately and I just got them out last night to get them ready for the summer season. I put new spark plugs in both of them, re-installed the batteries (both batteries are newer and were on a tender throughout the winter), and topped off the oil. The GTX fired right up and ran without a problem.
However, the XP, not so much. Once I had everything above done, I put the lanyard onto the post, expecting to hear the normal beeps before it fires up and nothing. I re-checked my battery connection, which was OK, but I did notice that when attaching the battery, that there were no sparks when putting the positive connection onto the battery.
I thought maybe it could be a blown fuse, but all of the fuses are OK.
Any idea what it could be? Is there maybe something wrong with the post?
Any help will be greatly appreciated. I'm taking them down to North Carolina in 2 weeks, so the quicker I get this figured out, the better! Thanks everyone!
