2003 seadoo Gtx supercharged cluster

Hi!
I recently purchased a Sea-Doo for my friend. She mentioned that the last time she rode it the cluster had been intermittently turning on and off. I put the ski in the water the cluster doesn’t turn on at all I ran it and a loud beep came on but didn’t turn the ski off. I’ve checked the fuses they seem to be good. The wires seem to be good. But I can’t get the cluster to come on. It looks like it is in great condition. What should I do? Is there someone that I can send it to?

Unfortunately, I think most of the experienced folks in the forum have generally said you need to purchase a new cluster and there aren’t services available to rebuild these older clusters.
