2003 Seadoo gti le rfi engine problem

I have a 2003 gti le rfi with a new rebuilt 787 motor. After 1 1/2 hours of no problem running on the water its now soaking the plugs and keeping it from running. Did a compression test and both cylinders were at 125psi. Any ideas? Any repair service places near Birmingham Alabama?

125 is not a happy engine. Who did the engine build, and did you check the compression before installing it?
