Terminals are clean, battery is just over a year old, charged to full....
It seems like a solenoid issue.
(Mostly just clicking...now and then a quick fire to the starter but doesn't last.)
I think the last time it was ran my friend had rolled it.
But she ran the rest of the day and to the trailer fine.
Could the TOPS valve solenoid be full of oil and prevent starting?

Another issue is top speed, I've only seen 45ish but, from what I've seen, they say near 60.
The front impeller looks brand new and the rear one looks brand new as well.
(Can this model be slowed down through the computer settings?)
