I have had this boat for about a month. Only had it out once. But was very bouncy. So is there a trim? And how do you adjust it?

Also the speedometer and the fuel gauge does not work, any thoughts on that?

no trim. that is the nature of this beast. It really does handle like a big jetski. You get use to it.

Yep you get used to it...you have to drive it like waverunner...no neutral, no prop, it takes awhile but you will get used to it. Get used to using reverse as a "neutral" by moving it from neutral to reverse to stand still..

If yours has the Mercury SportJet engine, there is a trim adjustment. The rear end of the ride plate, known more formally as the trim plate, can be adjusted up and down specifically to address the porpoising that you are experiencing. If yours is porpoising too much, lower the ride plate a little at a time to achieve the ride you prefer.

The adjustment is via two screws that have backing nuts on them. The trim plate is directly under the steering nozzle; the two screws have big Phillips heads on them. You'll see it as soon as you start looking for it.
