2003 gtx just slowed down

was out on my 03 gtx today doing around 40 mph when the rpm's just dropped down. I had no dash lights or any thing. It starts but does not sound good and no power. I pulled the plugs and they were clean. Oil was clean . I was thinking about starting with a compression test? LOOKING FOR SOME IDEAS.
 
Update compression test done 120 120 125. Any ideas ? I found a 10 amp fuse that did not blow but was not good. It seems that the jet pump is noisy especially when shutting down. I checked the super charger its still tight but that also seems to be a little winey. I am going to pull the super charger off to send it out to be rebuilt. Any ideas? Also how do you get that top s/c bolt off
 
Update 2; I was installing the jet pump, I lined everything up. I turned the impeller shaft to line up the splines and it doesn't grab. it seems to me that either the shaft gave or the impeller. Not sure how to proceed. get a new impeller , new shaft etc . If anyone has experienced this before I could use the help
 
Pic of the drive shaft end...can we see the splines? Prop? How long have you had the ski? Ever service the pump?
 
03 gtx .pump has never been apart. I will try to take a picture. The shaft is rusted and so is the inside of impeller
 
The less expensive tool to use to remove the top sc housing bolt....12pt 1/4" box end wrench....be gentle...don't strip it. Other wise...need the torx socket...pia.
 
bearing looks good still had grease smooth . going to order a new shaft and and seal kit . also impeller and wear ring. does anyone know when removing the impeller , to loosen clockwise or counter clockwise?

Do you have a prop removal tool?

Once you get the pump and prop on the viced removal tool...cone off...with a 12mm allen on a breaker bar...counter clockwise to loosen...clockwise tighten.

I posted a new thread but i thought i would keep this one going.. How do you get the drive shaft out.
 
I am going to finish this thread by saying the job is done. I had to bring it to a mechanic to remove the retaining ring. I replaced the shaft,carbon seal and ring and boot . I also added a solas impeller and wear ring.
