Is there a way to clear the maintenance buzzer and message from the computer on these skis, other than going to a dealer?

Nope, have to buy software or find someone with software like BUDS or send your ECU to someone.

Thanks, I was hoping I wouldn't have to do that. Just out of curiosity, just what maintenance does the warning mean? Oil change?? What else?

There's several things to check. See the owners manual.

I don't have an owners manual. From what I've read on on Sea Doo, it's all about an oil change.
