2003 gtx 4 tec long beep no start

Have a 2003 seadoo gtx was driving along normally shut off machine went to restart and nothing just long beep no gauges. from what i can c it looks like a ems or mpem problem anyway to confirm before i tow it across the lake and take to a dealer. Any suggestions would be great.

check battery terminals
check battery output
check all fuses and connections
just start from the battery and work your way out

checked battery
cleaned ground terminals
have voltage at dess connector plug underneath cant confirm that it is getting through the key though
have voltage at cdi type box mounted on top of intake or fuel tank, i don"t know how to check for output.
when i disconnect fuel tank and reconnect get the same long beep.
all fuses r good
engine rolls when solinoid is shorted
everything looks good
must b something electronic

like it does not recognize its own key

did you try the learning key? I do know that one long beep is wrong key I have two machines and when i put the wrong key in it beeps. . you can also try cleaning the post and lanyard with an eraser . I don't remember reading much about the post failing

did the cleaning post thing and the learning key does the same thing

took to shop replaced ecm rums great 5 to 10 mph faster than before
