2003 gti le carb broke

Hey guys, new to the forum and could use a little help. i have an 03 gti le that has set for a couple of years since i last used it. added stabilizer and run the carb out of gas before parking but decided to clean it when i had problems with the ski bogging down. long story short, i broke a piece on it and don't know what to do. i've looked at schematics and dont see it on them. it has the small diameter fuel line attached to it and goes into the top of the carb when its bolted on. i broke off the part that the fuel line attaches to. it's squared off so i pulled it out of the carb, but dont know what to do now? i can add pics if no one has a clue what i'm talking about, it's kind of hard to describe. i've cleaned entire fuel system and replaced fuel lines, everything looks good, i just messed up putting it back together.

you broke the "squirter". Either find a nutha carb, or a junk one, you can steal it off of. I might have one. Or yuo can re-jet the carb, to compensate for not using the excel pump.

I'm working on it. i need it to run this weekend! im ordering a new sealing ring for the pipe cause i noticed it pumping water into the hull when i had it hooked up to the water hose. could it have anything to do with the bogging down problem?
