2003 buzzing noise from back kills battery.
Gonna sound like a boob but not sure what the model is but think maybe gtx.. 3 seater 155 hp. Bought is used from a dealer recently and it's still under warranty from them.
Son was idling around the cove fishing and stopped. When trying to move again, put the key in and a buzzing noise from under the seat with a normal beeps when putting the key on, nothing when pressing start button. Pulled the key and the buzzing continued until the battery appeared to die. We've had a similar problem with this ski, that when you put the key on, you get the beeps but the start button does nothing. Have to remove the key and try again, sometimes 3-4 times.
I come home from work with my son and wife trying to hook up portable jump start device to the battery. I jump in, get red connected and attempt to connect ground, big sparks and engine cranks.. Scared the crap out of me and thought I had hooked it up wrong or something..
Attempt again and same thing.. I'll call the dealer on Monday but being a technical guy, but new to skis, wondering what the problem may be.. Sound familiar to anyone, think the issues are connected?

Stuck solenoid took out the battery. Dealer replaced both..
