2002 seadoo xp 957 red light on

Does anyone know why my red oil indicator light is constantly on with no alarm sounding ?
I have full tank of oil

Bad sender...unplug it and run a jumper wire

you can test it by jumping the wire, which if it turns off, indicates a bad sender.

you should then buy a new sender. Don't risk a $1500 engine over a $20 part...
Yes, I know, we all check the oil level every ride, and would never, ever, ever ride without it...
