Just purchased a 2002 Seadoo Explorer RIB. I have been looking for the correct shop manual and operators manual in the manuals section, but have been unable to find them for this model. Would appreciate it if someone could point me in the right direction.
The Explorer runs great, but neither the fuel / oil pressure gauge or the digital tachometer work and the alarm chirps constantly. Any advise on how to best trouble shot these? The deflector around the gauges is cracked and needs replacing, but it looks like they are out of production. Anyone know where I can get one? I saw one for sale on ebay for a 1995 explorer, but the part number is different than the one listed for the 2002, so I'm not sure if it will fit.
Also,the reverse bucket linkage came loose when I was last out. It looks like I may have lost / sheared a carter pin, as the handle just pulls completely out now, so I will need to get under the console and fix that.
