2002 Gtx Di stops after 5 min

The ski runs perfectly for about 5 min then its as if the key is pulled off. There is no sputtering the engine goes off and info gauge goes immediately blank. New agm battery...12.5 resting and around 13.2 in a min after starting. If I let it rest a minute it will run for about 30 seconds....if I try to start it immediately it's hard to start and might run for about 5 or 6 seconds.....if i let it rest an hour it will run for 5 min...again ....i did see a similar post but no follow up or resolve on it....please help....seadoo dealer has an opening after September.....172 hours always ran great.."Advance Diagnostic" comes up with instant start......No maint, led, or buzzer....just stops....help !

When no maint light comes on and problems like yours exist, it's usually a fuel pressure issue. Check fuel pressure with a gauge. Should be 27 psi when key is inserted 107 when running.

Almost sounds like the dess /key post going on you.,,, since you lose all electrics.

As POPPS mentioned I would check the dess post. Check and clean all fuses/connections. Use dielectric grease.
Wash and clean your lanyard key or use a pencil eraser to clean the inside.

I've been at the lake last few days....i have been getting a random " not communicating with key " beep.....but not constantly. ..maybe once a day.....its less than a $1000 fuel pump assembly. I kinda thought that too.about the des post....does it need to be programed? Meanwhile going to clean like u said and get a new start stop button too..thx for the responses guys....ill follow up and let u know.....as I progress

If you end up replacing the dess post there is no reason to reprogram.
Replacing the lanyard or ECM will require reprogramming.

Thx Jhjesse .....ive been looking for an oem dess post but cant find one.....lots of aftermarkets. Are the af just as good ? Where is the most reliable site to buy OEM ?
