2002 gtx-di stolen than jump started

my seadoo was stolen and gas drained out and a 15 amp fuse turned upside down, wont turn over, battery good, fuse changed out with new one, all other fuses checked, key beeps and hear fuel pump but no turnover, am I missing something here, also no lose wires found ??? stumped any help thanks

Sounds like it may have broke down on who ever stoled it so they ditched it. may be a good thing that it broke down as it may have been alot longer before you got it back. :cheers:
