2002 GTX-DI... major problem, water in the hull and cylinders

This ski has about 70 hours of use...

While using it, it started running sluggish and I noticed it was riding very low in the water... The hull had filled with water. The drain plugs were in.
After draining the water from the hull, I removed the spark plugs and the cylinders are full of water too.

What could cause this?

Could be anything.

1) ripped hose or loose clamp
2) bad gasket
3) leaky driveshaft seal
4) Cracked engine/exhaust
5) cracked hull
6) the tubes for the balers fell out of the pump nozzle.

Regardless... you need to get the engine dry, started, and fogging oil into it.
