2002 GTX 4tech

Good day! Was just given a 2002 GTX. The issues are unknow and it has been sitting for a few years. I have never worked on a ski before so I don't know much about them.
So to start off it takes on a lot of water while running. Was told the ski was almost sunk before getting it on the trailer which was only about a 10 min ride. We believe it was grounded and it sucked up gravel and rocks. Which leads me to believe it's probably the carbon seal. But before I take it to the water and see I wanted to do some maintenance on it. I've changed the oil which appeared to have water in it. It was creamy in color. I've also changed the plugs cause there was water in there as well.
So after that I wanted to see if it would even crank. Which it doesn't but it does try too. Sounds like it's not getting spark. While trying to start I could hear a clicking and humming sound once I hooked up the batteries. Clicking was about every 10 sec. Also noticed the negative lead was smoking a bit at times and also getting hot. The clicking will continue until I disconnect the battery.
Lastly when I put the key on. There is one very load beep that last about 2 sec and also a duel chirp then pause then chirp again.
Any help would be great. I think I am goi g to buy new coil packs next.
Also does anyone have or know where to get an illustrated part breakdown of all components of a ski?
Thanks

If there's water in the cylinders and in the oil then it definitely needs to have the intake manifold removed to drain the water all out. Suck all the oil/water out and change the filter. Pull the plugs and crank it over. It's probably hydraulic locked on the water in the cylinders. Same with the water in the muffler.
Does this machine have opas? If so check your boots. Mine sunk from those stupid boots splitting open.

I does have the OPAS. I was thinking about deleting it has well. I did not take the manifold off I will look at doing that. I'm also getting a ticking/clicking from what appears to be the TOPS. Also a humming sound from the plug that hooks up to the intake which I believe is the idle bypass valve. Thank you for your input

If you do get it to start, I would read up how to properly remove all traces of water from the oil and follow the procedure.
Changing the oil once will not be enough.

I suggest you make sure it cranks prior to putting the plugs back in.
