2002 gtx 4tech flood

i did a complete noob mistake and turned water on before running engine, water was on at least half hour. i removed plugs turned engine over several times to try to clear my mistake, this now my 3rd day pulled plugs all 3 cylinders full of water, cranked engine till cleared out add 1ml oil per cylinder to reseat rings engines turns very slow as a build up of compression as battery at full charge....pull3ed plugs cylinders still full of fresh water, all kinds of compression, 4thg battery full charge....what am i missing?????fyi no water in oil or antifreeze.....please help if can and yes i know i'm a dumb $%&%$ for doing it lol

A service manual, step 2 and 3 are to drain the water from both the exhaust and intake systems. Your muffler will be full of water needs to come out to drain.

thanks for info will try it this afternoon, i already drained the exhaust but wasn't thinking intake as well

start with removing the intake manifold, exhaust will usually blow out once it starts
