2002 gts won’t run in water

I have a 2002 gts that will run when it’s not in the water but will not run on the water. Any suggestions??

Check compression. 150 is great. 120 and it’s time for a rebuild and will struggle to run in the water. If compression is ok. Rebuild your carbs. See the carb rebuild thread.

Yep... as above... I'm guessing your compression is down.
