2001 XPL 951cc non start

Hey guys,
I have a little problem. I went to start the XPL today and i got no reply.... when i plugged the lanyard in there was not any beeps but then i went back to her later and there was beeps and she fired.

Is there any known issues with this problem like a loose wire or something? please help.

you can start by trying to clean the landyard post and the landyard with some soap and water, and i know some of the more experienced guys have said there has been occasions that they have found bad connections behind the landyard post! try soap and water to clean it first!

non of these methords have worked, even tryed coing the key again. im guessing the post is shot..

hey guys, seen a few dess posts forsale can anyone tell me is i can use any dess post? if not could you please tell me what ones i can use for the 2001 xpl 951
