2001 Seadoo GTX RFI - New engine rebuild issues

Hey everyone - i finally got my new to me ski in the water yesterday after rebuilding the engine (all new internals) and she was running fine but then lost power like it was loading up. I changed the plugs and she fired right up and ran hard and after a few minutes, back again with no power. Changed the plugs again (Br8es gaped at .020) and left the gap at .028 which is out of the box and she ran way better than before as i was able to do a few high speed passes but i lost power again when going back in. This seems to happen when im idling and going through the no wake zone.

Did you premix the first tank? You can't premix an injected ski.
Did you send the injectors out for cleaning and testing?
Verify your compresion?

I cleaned the injectors myself with a home dyi kit and they sprayed very well. I didnt add oil to the gas but it did come with half a tank when i bought it and i added another 5-7gals before going out.

Without actually flow testing the injectors you have no clue if they are working correctly. Bad injectors is about the only way to flood and injected ski.

Where can i find a good price on injectors?

I think you may be right as when i cleaned them, the pattern wasnt good like this photo shows

I found a local company that said its $22 per injector to clean and test.

As finicky as these two strokes are I'm not about to roast an engine due to dirty injectors or clogged filters. Doesn't cost that much to send the injectors out for rebuild and test. Find someone locally you can trust and make sure they know what they are doing and have the proper equipment. When I open the throttle I don't want any BS.... I want..... Yea Baby !! Dale is in Naples Florida and from Louisiana it is about a week turn around from the day I ship. Dale don't play around.

They're a Bosch injector, IIRF. Get the part number off the side. I believe they're the same as a Ford Mustang. Google Griz RFI Spot Seadooforum. Lots to learn in that thread. Even the injector info

UPDATE: after installing my rebuilt injectors, hand cleaning the fuel tank, replacing the 2 fuel filters, new voltage regulator and re-cutting the spark plug wire ends, shes running strong and hitting 50mph on the GPS @ 6500rpms.

Probably need to start another thread but here ya go. At the bottom of the fuel pump module.
