Just got done rebuilding the carb (BN-40i-38) for my SeaDoo 2001 GTS 5521, including the accelerator pump and new diaphragms. For tuning, the low is set to 1, and the high is 0, which are the factory recommended settings. The pop-off pressure is correct, we replaced the fuel lines, and the engines RPM is 2800. However we are still having the same problem as before. Whenever we start up the jet ski and floor the gas from 0 to 100, the engine bogs down and dies. It isn't in the water currently, but it's on a trailer with a hose going into it. Does anyone know what the issue could be here? Or is this something all jet skis do?
