Some good replies....
I've check the fuse and It's good and the battery is good also. What would be the next high fail item to check next. Any sugesting?
Thanks,

The RFI motors use a lot of electrical power. Have you done a load test on your battery? You can get this done for free at your local Auto zone or Advanced Auto parts house. If you have a bad cell or two, this will cause your problem.
With the ski off, test the battery. You should have about 12 VDC or a bit above. Start the motor, you should have 13.5 to upwards of 14 vdc. If you are showing no change in your voltage, check your charging fuse. If your are showing voltage over 15 vdc, the regulator is shot. The voltage regulator and rectifier are coupled as one.
When you get the ski running, disconnect the plug in the front of the magneto. IF the motor dies, then you have a problem with your magneto. You will need to check your "y" phase for a direct short.
Just from your description, it sounds like you might have a shorted magneto. Has the ski had an over abundant amount of water in the hull, say over the bottom edges of the mag cover?........
You can buy the six prong plug to do the test or open the cover and check the wires by color, since you can actually see them connecting to your plug from the inside.............sorry to hear about your misfortune. But, make sure you check your charging fuse first. And make sure you check your grounds for a good contact...............
