2001 gtx rfi

i recently purchased a 2001 GTX RFI with the engine in pieces , i sent the engine to quebec and had it rebuilt , i reinstalled the engine and took it to the lake for a test run , it started up fine and ran nice for about 15 min then it just shut off, i restarted it , it ran for a couple mins , it did this several times and i noticed the last time i started it that the clock in the guages had reset to 12:00 , what could have caused this . it seems as if it was looseing its main power supply . can someone help me with this

It will need to be put on the "BUDS" to reset the TPS to zero, and check all the sensors. A local shop may have the software, or take it to the Dealer.
