Yes... it's physically the same part. BUT... the Cummins TPS is a 12K ohm pot, and the Lucas version is a 6K ohm pot.

In the endless search for cheaper TPS for this motor I ran into a ebay item titled "Sensor Throttle Position Mercury 150-200hp Sportjet 240 EFI 14851004" The listing seams to indicate that its non OEM part, but at $670 I'm not going to buy one to find out.
