2000gtx 951 carb question

Hey what's up guys? I'm doing a carb rebuild on a 2000 951 engine. One of the carb covers is clogged 100% shut some how. I can't get any air Psi through it now any type of wire through it. I let it soak for a day in a solution and even tried boiling it for an hour or two. Does anyone have any ideas to free it up or know of any covers for sale? Thanks guys

If I remember correctly there is a check ball and spring in there. Once it is frozen up some will never come back.

I would get a good used one from Westside Powersports Seadoo.
