2000 XP only one beep

i was lookingnfor some help with my seadoo but i donot know who to ask? iwent on google and it recommended this site i hope you can help i have just rebuilt my seadoo xp 2000 i have removed the oil pump however now i only get onr bleep from the buzzer and the engine will not turn over i have checked all compression and it is good . i have cleaned the dss and i get a current threw it with the key connected please help . the mpem is278001526 . i look forward to any advise . thank you .merrick
