I have the same seadoo and as far as mods I put an aftermarket impeller, R&D intake grate and an R&D Ride plate. The impeller and intake grate will give you a bit more speed and the ride plate really enhances the handling. I haven't done anything to the motor yet but am looking at getting installing and aftermarket exhaust maybe next summer... hope this helps.
